Why Support?
The number of homeless people in Gwinnett County and in Lawrenceville continues to grow. It is estimated that around 745 people in Gwinnett County become homeless every year.

HERE’S HOW...
House 8 men in single, apartment-style units for up to 89 days. Must re-qualify every 30 days.
Provide appropriate care for those with behavioral health conditions through trained case managers and mental health professionals
Serve men with criminal backgrounds through housing and connection to resources
Program Description
This stabilization program offers case management and clinical support for single men seeking to overcome homelessness. Participants are required to meet specific goals, objectives, and milestones every 30 days to maintain their place in the program.

Do I Qualify?

Homeless Lawrenceville, GA single male 21 years and older (must prove residency 6+ months)
Must want to end homelessness
Must be willing to participate in required Treatment and Case Management plan
